Lifestyle : New Year's resolutions


Every year I set new goals for myself. This year I had a few old ones that I'd like to continue and a couple new ones to start the year fresh.

I'd like to continue my 2018 resolutions

  • More excercising. It's something we do 2 - 3 times a week. We go to the gym and go dancing.

  • Cherish each moment. Never forget that I have so much to be gratefull for.

  • Be kind. Kindness never goes out of style.

I also have a few new ones.

  • Eat more healthy. I eat a lot of unhealthy stuff. I know it's not realistic of me to eat completely healthy therefor I'd like to eat more healthy than I do now by cutting back on the unhealthy goods. Instead of taking two portions of dessert, I'll just go for one.

  • Reach my goal weight and a healthy BMI. Last year I already lost 8 kg's but I still have a bit to go.

  • Stop being so lazy. I frequently catch myself being a bit too lazy. I shouldn't keep putting things off.

  • Post more on the blog and on youtube. I post 3 times a week on instagram and I want to post more on my other channels as well.
