I had the opportunity to get my hands on the Burgundy Pallet (Kyshadow) by Kylie Jenner. There's so much hype around her make up products (especially lipkits). I just wanted to see for myself what all the fuss was about. My overal opinion is that the pallet had really nice colors. The pigmentation and texture was okay. I do have my favorite shades and ones I don't care for as much. I do see a lot of looks I could create other than the one I recently made.
This pallet has it's ups but unfortunately it also has it's downs. I kind of miss a 'base' color to set my eye primer. It might be unfair but I'm comparing it with the renaissance pallet from Anastasia Beverly Hills. The burgundy pallet has nice colors but I would have liked to have some more ? I got my pallet through a girl who's parents went to America. It cost me about 60 euro's. Which I believe is a bit pricy ? Personally I would have liked more shades for that price.
Like I said my overal impression is good. I like the pallet but I think you're also paying for the 'name'. Which doesn't surprise me. I posted a look on my instagram a couple of days ago. For those who don't follow me yet feel free to check it out. But you can also see more pictures bellow. If you'd like to see a tutorial for this look just leave a comment or a PM !
